Los Angeles, California (March 2018)TOMS a global footwear and lifestyle brand, is proud to announce the appointment of Retail Prodigy Group this Fall 2018 to lead TOMS’ brand distribution across Australia.

TOMS evolved a simple idea into a powerful business model: With every pair of shoes you purchase, TOMS will give a new pair of shoes to a child in need. One for One®.

When it was realised that the One for One model could serve other basic needs, TOMS launched other products including TOMS Eyewear in 2011, TOMS Roasting Co. in 2014 and TOMS x Apple watchband in 2016. In keeping with the One for One promise, the purchases of these products have helped to improve lives of people in need by helping to restore sight, provide safe water and access to solar light.

TOMS currently work with more than 90 giving partners in more than 60 countries around the globe to ensure the giving will have the most impact on the lives of individuals as well as communities. To date, TOMS giving has helped to give over 75 million new pairs of shoes to those in need, helped to restore sight to over 500,000 people, supplied over 450,000 weeks of safe water, and provide for over 17,000 people, solar light for one year.

The company has driven the rapid expansion of Nike-branded stores across both countries, opening and operating 60 stores since 2011. Starting this year, the company has begun to introduce new brands into their portfolio including Timbuk2, and now proudlyly, TOMS.
