Steve confidently stated that RPG “look for character first” when recruiting. Qualities such as “self-awareness, humility, positivity, energy and always looking to improve” are key characteristics we look for.

At RPG we like to understand a candidates character first before looking at their previous experience. People who have a natural care and passion for our brands Nike & Samsung, harness the most valuable skills we can ask for when recruiting.

Stephen’s passion for RPG’s values shone through when he spoke to the value of CARE - “Care is such a critical value. When you find someone who has a genuine care, gosh you’ve got someone great, because you can train everything else”.

If you have a genuine CARE for Customers, passion for either NIKE or SAMSUNG and consider yourself to possess some of the qualities above we want to hear from you!
